The service is awesome and the staff are great. Recently, I brought the car in because I could not start it the day before and AAA told me that I needed a new fuel pump. The next day the car started and I drove it directly to the service center. My service advisor, Trish, was so great, as always, and accomodated me. I had to use the van service and Bob was wonderful as he took me to work and picked me up from work and took me directly home that day since my car was going to be at the dealer overnight. The mechanic, Paul, took my car home with him to test drive it since he didn't think the problem was the fuel pump. The next day, Connie picked me up after work and brought me back to the dealership. Paul told me that he thought the problem was just that the crankshaft got wet and the car should be fine. It has been several months and he was right - the car has been fine. Trish was wonderful in coordinating it all and I so appreciated Paul going the extra mile (so to speak) to check my car out. It would have cost a lot to put in a new fuel pump - especially if I didn't need one.
