I had to take my Lincoln Mark LT in for warranty work which is never fun. I worked with Scott Dondineau in the service department and he was great! I had worked with another dealership for previous work and had a horrible experience so it was great to actually have someone treat me with good service. He a fantastic attitude and wonderful follow through...the dealership should buy him a round of golf or something he likes to show some appreciation for a good employee!!
